11/10: 416 words. Yesterday, I avoided a scene that I didn’t know how to write. Today, I just started writing it anyway. Making it up as I went. The words of so many writers who tell us that the most important thing is to get the first draft onto paper, echoed in my head. I can always edit what I’ve written. But I can’t effectively move forward without writing it.
